Lincoln ES Community Event, One Mile Race and Half Mile Walk

The first annual Lincoln Race (open to students, staff and families of Lincoln Elementary School) — our dream would be that this race become a symbolic event of a much larger vision. Our hope is that through an original seed born from the hearts and minds of a city school named Lincoln Elementary there would one day be a model for this country of the power of what a true and rich community can accomplish. Quite simply this is our goal. This is not a fundraising event. The adventure has already begun through the admirable efforts of our students, staff, Rotary Club of Carroll Creek, The Frederick Steeplechasers, and several local businesses and companies. It will be a beautiful morning here at Lincoln Elementary, please save the date for yourself and/or a representative from your department, organization, or company.
