Training for a half marathon this fall? Here’s what you need to know about the free Steeplechasers Half Marathon Training Program:
The target races are the Baltimore Half Marathon on Saturday, October 20 and the Hershey Half Marathon on Sunday, October 21st. If you are running another race, the training can be adjusted accordingly. The 12-week training program will begin the week of July 31st. Group runs will be held on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
RRCA Level 1 Certfiied Running coaches Josh Roane and Anne Shubert will be coaching the fall group this year. Nicole Davis and Billy Clem will be assisting.
