Another Season of Training Programs Ahead!

The Steeps Trail 50K Training Program led by Coach Nicole Davis begins with an information session and group run on Tuesday, June 4 – it’s not too late to signup for this program.  The goal race is Blues Cruise 50k on Sunday, October 6.

The Women’s Distance Festival 5K Training Program led by Coaches Syble Roane, Casii Dodd, & Marti Grib-Kachman begins with an information session on Monday, June 3, the first group run will be Wednesday, June 5. The goal race is the Steeplechasers Signature Race: Women’s Distance Festival 5K on Saturday, August 3.

Details forthcoming for the Fall Half Marathon Training Program details – the session will start in July.  

All training programs are open to current, paid members of the Steeplechasers. Adult training programs are offered to members at no cost; a nominal fee for the Spires Youth training program supports team shirts and awards/incentives.  Want to train with us, but not a member yet? Join now!
