If you’ve answered “YES” to any of these questions, we’ve got just the offer for you! Our MD RRCA representative, Lou King, is hosting a Symposium on October 12th to bring together many MD-based running clubs and explore all of these topics. He is welcoming anyone who would like to join to listen and learn, or better yet, to offer any advice or knowledge to the group.
