Breakfast runs are amazing! Each runner brings a breakfast item to share, drops it off at the host’s house and chooses from one of three distances provided by the host. As a group, everyone leaves at 8:00am and then they return from their various routes to hot coffee, delicious food, and friendly faces. The camaraderie and support of these breakfast runs is great.

The second run will be hosted by Rich Potter. You’ll need to RSVP him at potterrr@comcast.net to let him know what you are bringing and to get his address.

There are three routes of 3, 7 and 10 miles. The runs will be through the scenic hills of Middletown, 5 miles west of Frederick on Rosebud Court.
