A breakfast run is a great way to keep running though cold winter months. There is a warmth of camaraderie as everyone chips in to the breakfast feast by bringing food or drink.
For our third breakfast run, Katie Warehime of Frederick has kindly offered to open up her home so that runners may return to a warm breakfast, steaming coffee and a chance to make new friends. She will have directions for short, moderate, and long distances printed out for runners.
