This 2 mile one way course begins at Fairgrounds Park and finishes at Bester Elementary School. Sponsored by North Hagerstown High School, the City of Hagerstown, and the Alsatia Club of Hagerstown, this event supports North Hagerstown High School athletic teams! Costumes are highly encouraged. All participants dressed in costume will be judged and awards will be given to the registered runner/walker with the best costumes during the awards ceremony.
