Emmitsburg Turkey Trot 2019

The Emmitsburg Turkey Trot is a well recognized 5 mile run/1 mile walk fund raising event that supports the Seton Center. The 5 mile run through the countryside against the backdrop of the beautiful Catoctin Mountains is a challenging event for runners of all ages. The 1 mile walk is an invigorating walk along the nature trail of our Community Park. Men and Women winners of the 5 mile race will receive awards in three age categories: youth, adult, and senior; awards will also be given out to best Thanksgiving Day costume and best dressed dog. Refreshments and a light breakfast will be provided to all registered runners and walkers and all runners will receive a Turkey Trot Tee Shirt. The cost for the run is $25 per person (includes Tee Shirt), the cost for the walk is $5 per person. Runners and walkers can register in advance online using a major credit card through Eventbrite at: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/emmitsburg-turkey-trot-2019-tickets-75588694821. Registration can also be done in person at the event using  cash only from 7:00 am – 8:00 am. Run or walk, make your plans to come on by Thanksgiving Day to have some fun, breathe some fresh air, and burn off some calories. We hope to see you at the Turkey Trot!
