Feet for Beats 5k and 1 Mile Walk

Join us for the annual Feet for Beats 5k and 1-mile Walk to defeat Congenital Heart Disease! Families and dogs welcome! Prizes for top men and women awarded plus exciting raffles for all participants! There’s no extra charge to get into the park, fee is included in your registration.
Our goal is to raise money to advance the research, medical care, and family support of Congenital Heart Disease/Defects (CHD) through the education, encouragement and support of heart-healthy living. This event supports heart-healthy living through physical activity, and all proceeds will go to family support groups and hospitals that make a difference, including Johns Hopkins Hospital and Mended Little Hearts of Greater Baltimore.
Event details and schedule
Race day Saturday, Sept. 21st from 3:00-3:45.
Run start time is 4:00, the walk will begin at 4:05.
The course is for the run is mostly on flat pavement with a small section on a rocky/sandy trail. The course for the walk is on flat pavement and is stroller-friendly.
Enter the main entrance and stay straight/right, identify yourself as a race participant to avoid the park entrance fee.
Park and make your way to the River Birch Pavilion.
