Saturday, June 9, 12:00-1:00 p.m. – CycleFit Frederick, 125 E All Saints St, Frederick, MD, 21701

Cycling is an excellent cross training workout for runners, and we are fortunate to have our June Social event at CycleFit.

The cost is $9 cash at check-in and includes a full 50-minute ride-help with setting up newbies on bikes, a brief warm up, and then a cool down afterwards, as well as shoe rental. They will also be drawing 3 names to give away a free class!!

In order to register for the class, you will need to email heidi.novak@steeplechasers.org with your name, preferred email address, and phone number so I can provide this to CycleFit as part of their liability waiver. You will want to register early, as there are only 29 bikes available. Please email me by Wednesday, June 6th, so I can get all the names to CycleFit prior to the event.

After the class we will head downtown for a casual lunch.
