The FSRC Executive Board is recommending updates to the FSRC Constitution. FSRC members should please review the updated document and if you have any comments please send to president@steeplechasers.org.  The draft constitution can be found at http://steeplechasers.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/FSRCConstitution-2016DRAFTv3.pdf and changes from the current version can be found at http://steeplechasers.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/FSRCConstitution-2016DRAFTv3changes.pdf.  The membership will be given an opportunity to vote on the updated document at the general membership meeting (see next paragraph).
