Looking for a fun, family-friendly race? RunforEveryMind is the first annual 5K Run & 3K Walk hosted by Mental Health Association. For the past 10 years, MHA has been a proud beneficiary of Ellen’s Run, a 5K race held in the Chevy Chase community in memory of a former MHA board member. This year, MHA will be taking over the race, and would like to invite you and your family to participate!
