The Frederick Steeplechasers organize three low-key races. Leave your Garmin at home for the chilly hills of the Lewis Memorial 10-Miler. The winner is the runner that most closely predicts their finishing time. Or Run for the Pie 10k, where the top man and lady get their choice of pie, while everyone else chooses in order of finishing time.
Entry fee is FREE to members, and a nominal charge to non-members, space permitting. Visit the event links for more information, including how to register or volunteer.
