The 2017 Rockville Rotary Twilight Runfest, known locally as the Twilighter consists of a pre-race festival, 2 tot-trots, a 5K road race and a post race festival and party. Since its inception in 1985, the Twilighter has become one of the most popular races of the summer in the National Capital area.
