Frederick High School 650 Carroll Parkway, Frederick, MD, United States6:30 – 1 Mile Fun Run 6:45 – Decathlon Event – 1600 m 7:00 – Kids Mini Run 7:05 – Handicap 2 mile run – Each runner starts based upon his/her time in the 1600.
