6:30 – 1 Mile Fun Run 6:45 – Decathlon Event – 400 m 7:00 – Kids Mini Run 7:05 – Mystery Run – 3 runners; team chooses order of runners; distances determined by a random draw
6:30 – 1 Mile Fun Run 6:45 – Decathlon Event #2- 1000 m 7:00 – Kids Mini Run 7:05 – Iron Runner- 4 runners, each runs 1 mile, at the end of each lap each runner does 10 reps of an exercise
