January 13, 8:00 a.m. – A breakfast run is a great way to keep running though cold winter months. There is a warmth of camaraderie as everyone chips in to the breakfast feast by bringing food or drink.
For our second breakfast run, our President and Vice President, Jill and Eric Cameron, of Frederick are kindly opening their home so runners may return to a warm breakfast, steaming coffee, and a chance to make new friends. Please RSVP by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to get the address and let them know what food or drink item you will be bringing. They have 4, 8, and 10 mile routes. The runs wind through town, the fairgrounds, and Baker Park, all of which are mostly flat.
It is downtown Frederick and parking is limited; there is free (2 hour) parking on the street. Show up earlier to find parking and be prepared to walk a little to get to the Cameron home.
