Many of you may have heard of Bring a Broom Saturday in Frederick. I can remember running down Market Street during one of our Spring Half Marathon training runs and seeing lots of people cleaning up Downtown Frederick. Well, now we have the opportunity to help out.

I am putting together a Steeplechasers team if you are interested in signing up to volunteer. The event is on Saturday, April 24th from 8:30 am-11:30 am. Yes, Saturday is when many of us do our long runs, but maybe for one week you can shift your long run to Sunday.
