Results have been posted for the Summer Decathlon 400m and 2 mile races, held on June 28, 2023. This was the fourth and fifth in our Summer Decathlon series, which will run for the next 5 Wednesdays, until August 2. Meet at the Frederick High School track for this event, which is free for all Steeplechasers members. Races start at 6:30. Show up a little early to register. Next week is the 1000m event!
