Results have been posted for the Summer Decathlon 3000 meter race, held on July 12, 2023. This was the seventh in our Summer Decathlon series, which will run for the next 3 Wednesdays, until August 2. Meet at the Frederick High School track for this event, which is free for all Steeplechasers members. Races start at 6:30. Show up a little early to register. Next week is the 800m event, which is also a Grand Prix and Equalizer event!
