The 200 meter Summer Decathlon event will now be at at the Middletown High School track, 200 Schoolhouse Drive, Middletown, MD. This fun event takes place on July 26 from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm. In addition, there will be a 1 mile warm up run, kids fun run, and a 5 mile relay with 4 runners each doing 5 X 400. Paul Christiansen will be hosting the meet.
