Results have been posted for the Summer Decathlon 200 meter race, held on July 26, 2023. This was the ninth in our Summer Decathlon series, which will finish next Wednesday, August 2. Meet at the Frederick High School track for this event, which is free for all Steeplechasers members. Races start at 6:30. Show up a little early to register. We’re finishing up next week with the 1 mile event!
