Julie Harris is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer. She hold two bachelor’s degrees: one in Exercise Science and one in Nutrition, and a Master’s in Public Health. Julie has a love for running, especially trail running, and has run two marathons, numerous half marathons, and several trail endurance races.
