The Frederick Steeplechasers Running Club presents the Frederick Women’s Distance Festival, one of the all-women races in the Maryland WDF Series.

Events include:

7:30 am: Little Women 1k Fun Run for girls, infants through age 13. Strollers are permitted, and registered participants are welcome to run/walk with their favorite adult(s). This event is not timed.
8:00 am: 5k Run/Walk. Participants may compete as individuals and optionally on a team
