This program has been successful in helping runners of all levels reach their half marathon race goals. Join the fun if you are looking to set a new PR this season.
Prerequisites: Participants must have a base of at least 1 year of regular running (at any speed) with a current comfortable long run of 6 miles and at least 10 miles/week.
Pace: Varies based on racing goals

Winter/Spring, starting February for Spring target race.
Summer/Fall, starting July for Fall target race.

Midweek evening Baker Park (Talley Recreation Center). Mileage ranges from 3 – 6 miles. These runs will be easy, tempo, interval or Fartlek.
Saturday morning long Run – various locations (contact email@example.com for details). Mileage ranges from 6-10 miles with some runs focused on holding goal race pace over portion of the route.
There will be some hill running integrated into this training program.
