This program has been successful in helping runners of all levels reach their marathon race goals. Join the fun if you are looking to run your first marathon, train with a great group of people, or set a new PR this season.
Pace varies by individual. We would like to have all paces represented however this will depend on the amount of people that sign up for the program. So please sign up and help spread the word about the training.
Participants must have a base of at least 1 year of regular running (at any speed) with a current comfortable long run of 8-10 miles and at least 15 miles/week. These are the recommended MINIMUM requirements for starting our marathon training program to help avoid injury.
*NEW INFO* Winter/Spring, for 2018 we will have a casual marathon group but it will not be a coached program. More information coming soon.
